Solution 1: Remove, Inspect & Reset the Cartridges
You must check if your ink cartridges are inserted correctly or not:
  • Open the cartridge door. The carriage will move to the center of the printer. Wait until the carriage is silent.
  • Press to release cartridge and pull it out to remove it from its slot.
  •  Hold the cartridge by its sides with the nozzles toward the printer and then insert the cartridge into its slot. Ensure the cartridge is inserted into the proper slot.
  •  Push the cartridge forward into its slot until it snaps into place.
  •  Repeat these steps to replace the other cartridge, if necessary.
  •  Close the cartridge access door.

  • Push the cartridge forward into its opening until the point that it fits properly.
  • Close the cartridge entry door afterward.

·         Reconnect the power rope to the back of the printer and turn on the printer.
